Tea and It`s Effect

Even though a intake of Tea refreshes our mood and energise us for rest of the works in our day to day life, but there is something which we can`t over-look about Tea,  Yes !! its effect on our bones. The caffein content of Tea may have a bad impact on our bones, specially on the spinal cords. The vertibral column which acts as a covering tube for our spinal cord gets affectd due to continuous and frequent intake of Tea.

In many cases it was found that regular user of Tea have little bone loss in long term, but researchers have also proved that this caffein content may have a good impact on women`s bone.1200 women who were a regular drinker of Tea had a medical taste and it was found that they posses a much greater calcium content in their bone than rest of the women out there.

This regular intake of Tea sometimes become more disastrous when it is consumed with any kind of tobacco content, and this habbit is so very common in the people from asian countries. Specially the youths.

So, its just a matter of awareness , every habbit has some good as well as bad aspects. So we should always keep an eye on both of them.
